Refund policy

Returns
We will gladly accept returns within 10 days of purchase delivery. Acceptable return reasons include size and defective items. To be eligible for returns your purchased items must be in unused and in the same condition as you received it. To return your items email lakeandlaney@gmail.com. We will generate and send you a shipping label within 3 days. Items must be shipped in their original packaging. Receipt of purchase must be included with your shipment.

Refunds

After receiving your returned items, we will confirm your return via email if the items meet our return policy. We will then process a refund within 1-2 days. Please allow approximately 5-10 business days for processing.
